Important Notice: This Privacy Policy applies only to website interactions and non-clinical communications. It does not apply to protected health information (PHI) collected through clinical services, which is handled through SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant platform. Do not submit sensitive personal health information through website forms.

Interpretation

The words whose initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

Consumer, for the purpose of the CCPA/CPRA, means a natural person who is a California resident.

HIPAA and Clinical Communication Disclaimer

This website is not a HIPAA-compliant platform and is not monitored for clinical or emergency communications. All clinical services, communications, scheduling, telehealth, payments, and client records are handled exclusively through SimplePractice, our HIPAA-compliant platform.

Do not submit protected health information (PHI) or sensitive personal health information through website contact forms or unencrypted email. This website does not establish a therapist-client relationship. Clinical services require a formal intake process through SimplePractice.

GDPR Privacy

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data under GDPR

We do not sell the personal information of Consumers We actually know are less than 16 years of age.
