Where Real Change Begins
Practical support to help you move beyond feeling stuck with clarity, tools and meaningful change.
Feel Confident in your relationships
When relationships feel heavy, confusing, or one-sided, it can be hard to know what to change or where to start. I offer personalized support for individuals, couples and families who want more ease and honesty in how they relate.
By pairing deeper therapeutic work with practical, everyday skills, this process helps uncover root patterns, strengthen boundaries and rebuild self-trust, so relationships feel clearer, steadier and more aligned with who you are.
Therapy Sessions
Therapy sessions are designed for individuals, couples and families who want to move beyond surface-level symptoms and address the root of what’s keeping them stuck. My approach is relational, direct and evidence-based—I don’t simply sit back and nod. Instead, we work together in an active partnership that combines clinical insight, honest feedback and practical tools.
Together, we explore the patterns and experiences shaping your life so you can build stronger emotional regulation, rebuild self-trust and create healthier relationships. Whether we’re navigating trauma, anxiety, depression or complex family dynamics, the goal is sustainable healing that helps you show up more fully in your life.
Skills-Based Workshops
Workshops are designed for people who feel generally stable but want targeted support around specific skills—like setting boundaries, improving communication or navigating relationship dynamics. These sessions focus on practical strategies you can apply immediately.
Rather than diving deep into personal history, workshops focus on the how: learning tools, practicing scripts and building the confidence to handle real-world situations more effectively. They’re fast-paced, educational and designed for people who want clear, actionable guidance.
Not sure which is right for you?
When to Choose Workshops
You feel generally stable but are hitting a specific wall with communication, parenting, or boundaries and want actionable strategies to use today. Because these sessions are educational rather than clinical, they are available to participants anywhere in the United States.
When to Choose Therapy Sessions
You’re looking for a deep-dive into your history, are managing specific mental health symptoms, and want a consistent, longer-term therapeutic relationship. Note: Due to licensing regulations, clinical therapy services are available only to residents of Montana and Idaho.
Still undecided?
If you aren’t sure where you fit, I recommend starting with a workshop. It’s a low-pressure way to gain immediate tools and see if my direct, relational style feels like a good match for your growth. Reach out if you have any questions.
